Utility teams manage vegetation around power infrastructure to prevent outages and wildfire. In practice, data lives across tools, workflows are manual, and risk decisions rely heavily on experience rather that clear, shared signals.

Planners and analysts struggle to quickly answer: 
Where is the highest risk? What needs action now? What actually reduces outages?

Solution & Iteration

IVMS is an AI-powered vegetation management platform that consolidates vegetation, asset, and outage data into a single, decision-focused interface. It enables utility teams to assess risk across circuits, prioritise trimming based on real risk rather than static schedules, and plan maintenance proactively. The system uses spatial visualisation, role-aware workflows, and progressive detail to help teams move from fragmented data to confident, timely action.

Impact & Outcome

IVMS improves clarity, speed and confidence in decision-making. Teams can identify high-risk areas faster, justify actions with data, and plan proactively instead of reacting to incidents. 

By shifting vegetation management from tracking to prediction, the system supports safer operations, better resource allocation, and reduced wildfire and outage risk.
